When you purchase frames and lenses from Visionary Eyecare Center, you can be sure that you're receiving a quality product. That's why we back all of our eyewear with a two year temple-to-temple warranty at no extra cost. Now that's eyeglass quality you can depend on!

Frames: All frames are carefully inspected by a Visionary Eyecare associate prior to dispensing. If your frames break under normal wearing conditions due to defect or faulty materials, we'll repair or replace them for you free of charge. Replacement is limited to one time only within 24-months of original purchase date. If your frame or parts are no longer available due to manufacturer discontinuation, we will replace your frame with one of equal value. Any frame of greater value will be charged at the difference in cost between the two. This warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damage due to neglect or abuse. We also offer complimentary adjustments and cleanings on all frames for the lifetime of your eyewear.

Lenses: Our lens treatments are the hardest, most durable surface protection available. However, any lens (including glass) can scratch or break. Please follow recommended procedures for care and cleaning. Replacement of lenses is limited to one time only within 24-months of original purchase date, and replacement lenses must be in the original prescription. This warranty does not cover loss, theft, hairline scratches which have no effect on vision, or damage due to neglect or abuse.

Eyeglass Prescriptions: All prescription lenses, including bifocals and progressive lenses, will require a period of time for you to adapt and adjust to your new vision. It is common for objects to appear bowed or warped with a new prescription, and these effects will subside with wear. However, if you are unable to adapt to your new prescription, we will replace your lenses (of equal or lesser value) at no charge. Replacement is limited to one time only within three months of original purchase.


At Visionary Eyecare Center, we make it even easier to try contacts with the freedom of our contact lens trial program. We carry all the latest in contact lens technology with a special focus on bifocal soft contacts. And, if you're not completely satisfied with your contacts within three months, we'll refund the cost of your contact lens fitting and lenses.
